Abstract

The increasing demands for higher productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency compel organizations to make the most of all available resources, including their human capital. Human resource management plays a crucial role in effectively overseeing the human aspect to cultivate a workforce that is both productive and satisfied. Continuous monitoring of employee performance is essential to ensure that the organization meets its objectives successfully. Employees are the key players in managing the operations of a company, making it vital for organizations to provide constructive guidance to enhance employee performance and achieve their goals. This research aims to explore the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and self-efficacy on employee work outcomes. The study's population consists of 100 employees from the production department, with sampling conducted through accidental sampling methods. The collected data is analyzed using the SPSS 26 software, employing regression analysis as the primary analytical tool. A feasibility assessment is conducted, which includes validity and reliability tests. The findings indicate that QWL positively impacts employee performance, and self-efficacy also has a beneficial effect on performance. Therefore, as QWL and self-efficacy increase, so does employee performance.
