Abstract

Digitalization has profoundly transformed the operational foundations of corporations in the era of globalization. This study aims to examine management strategies in designing digital technology integration to enhance the efficiency and productivity of business processes, employing qualitative literature review and thematic synthesis analysis. The findings indicate that digital technology integration requires not only modifications to software and hardware systems, but also fundamental adjustments in work structures, organizational culture renewal, and a shift towards data-driven decision-making patterns. Successful implementation depends on the competence of human resources, continuous training, and sustained managerial commitment to long-term innovation. Legacy system limitations and employee resistance emerge as primary challenges in digital transformation, underscoring the need to prioritize open internal communication strategies, regular training programs, and comprehensive digital readiness assessments. The study also highlights the significance of cross-functional collaboration, the reinforcement of new performance indicators, and the development of data-driven monitoring systems. This review contributes a conceptual and practical framework for formulating human-centered digitalization strategies that harmonize technological innovation. The implications of these findings are relevant for corporate leaders, HR practitioners, and researchers seeking deeper insights into management strategies for digital operational transformation across various industrial sectors.
