Legal protection of foreign workers in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia is a significant issue in the face of globalization. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of existing regulations in protecting the rights of foreign workers and identify measures to improve supervision and enforcement. Using a normative juridical approach, this research finds that Law No. 13/2003 on Manpower still faces weaknesses in implementation. The lack of inter-agency coordination and low legal awareness among foreign workers are the main challenges. The study recommends strengthening regulations, digitizing the monitoring system, and applying strict sanctions to create justice for foreign workers. The results are expected to serve as a foundation for the improvement of labor policies in Indonesia.
